Vacuum Sewage Truck can pump mud, silt, stones, bricks and other silt in the sewers to keep the urban drainage system smooth and prevent the clogging of pipes causing sewage overflow and urban flooding. The vacuum pump is the core component of the sewage truck, which realizes the suction function by generating negative pressure to suck sewage and sludge into the tank. Next to the gray part is the water and gas separator, the role is to inhale the mixture of water and gas separation, to protect the normal operation of the vacuum pump, to avoid water into the pump causing damage. The large black tank is used to store the pumped sewage, sludge and other dirt. These parts work together to ensure that the suction truck efficiently complete the suction operation.
Our vacuum sawage trucks are predominantly shipped via bulk or frame vessels. While bulk vessel transport offers a cost-effective option with trucks typically placed on decks or in cabins, we always ensure they are housed inside the ship to prevent exposure to waves and subsequent rusting. The alternative, container flat rack vessel transport, provides expedited delivery but comes with higher freight costs.
