HOWO 6x4 Concrete Mixer Truck Introduction
Concrete mixer truck is mainly composed of automobile chassis, mixing cylinder, transmission system, water supply system and other parts. The working principle is to transfer the power of the car chassis to the hydraulic pump through the power take off, and the hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic motor, which drives the mixing cylinder to rotate, and the mixing cylinder rotates at a low speed during transportation to prevent the concrete from solidifying. The inlet of mixing drum is used for loading concrete raw materials, and the outlet is used for unloading. The main purpose is to transport and mix concrete between construction sites and mixing stations to ensure the uniformity and construction performance of concrete, which is widely used in all kinds of construction projects, road and bridge construction and other projects.

Our concrete mixer trucks are predominantly shipped via bulk or frame vessels. While bulk vessel transport offers a cost-effective option with trucks typically placed on decks or in cabins, we always ensure they are housed inside the ship to prevent exposure to waves and subsequent rusting. The alternative, container flat rack vessel transport, provides expedited delivery but comes with higher freight costs.
