HOWO 6X4 Water Tanker Truck Introduction
The HOWO 6X4 water tanker truck has a variety of uses, including firefighting and transportation. The tanker is equipped with longitudinal and transverse anti wave plates, which can effectively reduce the swaying of water in the tank and improve the stability of vehicle traveling. There is a manhole in the center, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to enter the tank for inspection and maintenance. The head, side plate and partition plate are equipped with trapezoidal folding rib to increase strength, and the top plate is strengthened by angle iron, which enhances the overall strength of the tank and can withstand hydrostatic pressure of 0.1MPa.

HOWO 6X4 water tanker trucks are usually made of high quality carbon steel, which has high strength and toughness to withstand the pressure of water and vibration of the vehicle during traveling, and at the same time is relatively inexpensive and has good economy. In order to improve the corrosion resistance and service life of the tank, the internal and external surfaces of the tank will generally undergo high tech anticorrosion treatment, such as pickling and phosphating treatment, electroplating, electrophoresis and other surface treatment processes, to effectively prevent the tank from rusting and corrosion.
Our water trucks are predominantly shipped via bulk or frame vessels. While bulk vessel transport offers a cost-effective option with trucks typically placed on decks or in cabins, we always ensure they are housed inside the ship to prevent exposure to waves and subsequent rusting. The alternative, container flat rack vessel transport, provides expedited delivery but comes with higher freight costs.
