As an part of the dump truck, the cargo box is very important. A strong cargo box can create good economic benefits for users and reduce unnecessary problems. TRUCKMAN dump truck cargo box material use the manganese steel Q355, more durable than Q235 material. And use the robotic automatic welding tech, confirm the cargo box does not crack in future use. Laser Cutting Tech

The laser cutting machine can precisely cut and process the dump truck cargo body frame with advanced CNC technology and excellent laser cutting head. The size of the frame cut by the laser cutting machine can achieve very accurate and tight structure, which improves the overall quality and performance of the cargo body. The cutting process does not produce any distortion or error, making it ideal for semi trailer frames, a component that requires high precision and quality machining.

 

Robotic Automatic Welding Tech

After cutting steel with the laser machine, the next step is welding. A good welding technique not only makes the product look beautiful, but also ensures the welding quality and improves the service life of the product. For this, TRUCKMAN uses automatic welding technology with robots. Robot automatic welding technology has high welding efficiency, high and stable welding quality, beautiful weld seam and other characteristics, the following is the cargo box welding show for your reference.

Shot Blasting Tech

Semi trailer shot blasting technology is a steel plate surface shot blasting cleaning technology, in the high-speed rotation of the wheel, through the high-speed blast steel shot, dump truck cargo body surface dirt and oxidation layer removal, so as to improve its surface roughness, enhance the paint adhesion. This is also an important reason why our TRUCKMAN dump truck cargo body paint life is longer.

Electrostatic Spraying Tech

Electrostatic spraying process is a newer type of spraying process, the spraying effect can be as smooth as mirror. Compared with the adhesives in traditional paint, powder coating by electrostatic spraying is more environmentally friendly. The coating is plump, even, flat and has stronger adhesion. The entire cargo body achieves improved performance against corrosion and rust. Able to withstand the baptism of the wind and sun, cargo collision, more durable, to meet the different needs of users.

 

Packaging & Shipping

The SINOTRUK HOWO dump truck shipment can via different vessel, such as bulk cargo vessel, container flat rack vessel and RORO vessel. Each vessel advantages and disadvantages as follow:

1. Bulk cargo vessel: This type vessel freight cost is very low than others, but the timeliness is very poor and often delay. The good thing is that there are very many of these vessel to choose from.

2. Container flat rack vessel: This is usually the vessel of choice when a bulk cargo vessel is not available. Its timeliness is very accurate and the transport is fast, the only disadvantage is that it is very expensive.

3. RORO vessel: The RORO vesse is a professional vehicle transportation vessel, with a very high timeliness and speed of transport, and very low cost at the destination port, but with very few voyages and high freight cost.
