Product Introduction

XP263 pneumatic tyre road roller adopts pneumatic tires for compaction, which has no breaking effect on the pavement layer, and the compaction performance can be improved by increasing or decreasing the counterweight and changing the inflation pressure of the pneumatic tires. The elasticity of the tires produces a kneading effect, displacing the paving material in all directions, forming a uniform, dense, crack-free surface, and prolonging the service life of the road surface. In addition, the front wheel swing mechanism ensures even grounding of the wheel pressure when working on uneven ground and improves the compaction quality.

Pneumatic tyre road roller equipped with Shangchai low-speed energy-saving diesel engine, which has good fuel economy and can reduce exhaust gas and noise emissions; using water-cooled and supercharged, with a large displacement, it can meet the needs of continuous output of high power and high torque; it is at the leading level in terms of performance, reliability, noise and emission. The cooling system adopts optimized air duct design to separate the hot and cold winds, which can effectively reduce the heat return and thus improve the cooling performance.


 

Truck Inspection Service

When the road roller arrives at the port of shipment, our staff will inspect the machine for scratches and breakage, check if it has been sprayed with anti-rust wax, and find out the problems and solve them in time.
