- Extra fuel tanker: This is very helpful for long distance transport vehicle, this fuel tanker can stock 600L oil, it's great help extend the tractor truck mileage.

- Container lock: When transport all kind of containers, the container lock is very necessary. So we have added 12 pcs container lock on the trailer, the customers can use this transport container.

- Spare tyre carrier: One fence trailer can add 2 pcs tyre carrier, to bring more spare tyre, avoid the truck and trailer tyre damage issue.

Laser Cutting Tech

The laser cutting machine can precisely cut and process the semi trailer frame with advanced CNC technology and excellent laser cutting head. The size of the frame cut by the laser cutting machine can achieve very accurate and tight structure, which improves the overall quality and performance of the semi trailer. The cutting process does not produce any distortion or error, making it ideal for semi trailer frames, a component that requires high precision and quality machining.

Automatic Submerged Arc Welding Tech

Flatbed trailer adopt the automatic submerged arc welding can achieve continuous and stable welding, greatly improving the production efficiency. During the welding process, the arc is buried at the bottom of the weld, which can achieve better welding quality control and avoid the appearance of quality problems such as porosity and slag entrapment. Submerged arc welding is suitable for welding various materials, including steel, aluminium, copper, nickel alloy and so on.

Shot Blasting Tech

Semi trailer shot blasting technology is a steel plate surface shot blasting cleaning technology, in the high-speed rotation of the wheel, through the high-speed blast steel shot, semi trailer surface dirt and oxidation layer removal, so as to improve its surface roughness, enhance the paint adhesion. This is also an important reason why our TRUCKMAN flatbed trailer paint life is longer.

Electrostatic Spraying Tech

Electrostatic spraying process is a newer type of spraying process, the spraying effect can be as smooth as mirror. Compared with the adhesives in traditional paint, powder coating by electrostatic spraying is more environmentally friendly. The coating is plump, even, flat and has stronger adhesion. The entire semi trailer achieves improved performance against corrosion and rust. Able to withstand the baptism of the wind and sun, cargo collision, more durable, to meet the different needs of users.
