SINOTRUCK HOMAN dumper truck cargo box is a rectangular bucket, suitable for transporting sand, gravel, aggregate and other materials, with a large loading capacity of up to 10 tons. There is an extended ladder installed in front of the cargo box, which is convenient for staff to operate and improves safety and reliability. The cargo box is made of Q355 manganese plate, which is of high strength and can withstand large pressure without deformation or breakage, and has a long service life.
TRUCKMAN adopts a highly efficient powder electrostatic spraying process to paint cargo boxes. This process utilizes the electrostatic field at that time to adsorb the powder in a balanced way on the surface layer of the workpiece to form the coating structure, which is then leveled and cured by the high temperature baking in the drying oven to become the final coating with different effects.
